Alabama White Sauce is an excellent option for chicken. Traditionally you “dunk” the whole cut of cooked chicken in the sauce and serve. I prefer to serve this on the side.

Ingredients

Whisk together all ingredients in a in a large bowl and transfer to a sealed container. I use a mason jar so I can shake it prior to serving. I prefer Dukes Mayonnaise in this recipe but use whatever brand you prefer. This recipe makes approximately 1 pint of sauce.
